Withthe ad-hoc price labour service, you only pay as and when the equipmentgoes down. The repair service includes a fixed price labour, which is chargedat a highly competitive rate. To show your commitment all we ask is a smallregistration fee. The details are as follows:

After payingthe registration fee, our guarantees to you are:

-Full hardware Ad-Hoc repair service

- A maximumtime to respond of 8 hours

- Diagnoseand repair any faults and return the equipment within 5 working days

- Loan equipmentis available for the duration of the repair (subject to stock levels)

Inaddition to the above, we aim to achieve the highest possible level ofend user satisfaction by:

-Targeting a prompt response and first time fix

- Takingtime following a repair to fully valet the equipment prior to return.

- All repairsare traceable via our in-house monitoring system, enabling the customerto call at any time and check on the progress of the equipment undergoingrepair within our service centre,or you can access the system to find exactlywere your repair is, just enter your access code and password in the RepairStatus link
